Introduction

Chemical peels are a classic way to renew the skin – but many people hesitate because they imagine days of redness, flaking and hiding at home. At Skin Heaven, we specialise in PRX-T33, a new generation of bio-revitalising peel that stimulates collagen without visible peeling. In this article, we explain what PRX-T33 is, how it works and what you can realistically expect from a course of treatments.

What is PRX-T33?

PRX-T33 is a needle-free biorevitalisation treatment that combines trichloroacetic acid (TCA), hydrogen peroxide and kojic acid in a special formulation.
Unlike traditional peels that sit on the surface and cause obvious shedding, PRX-T33 is massaged into the skin in layers and quickly absorbed. The goal is deep dermal stimulation with minimal disruption of the uppermost skin barrier.

At Skin Heaven, we integrate PRX-T33 into different facial protocols – from classic single-area treatments (face, neck, décolleté) to combinations with LED therapy or hydrating masks.

How is PRX-T33 different from a classic peel?

  • Minimal downtime
After treatment, the skin may look slightly pink and feel tighter, but there is usually no heavy peeling or crusting. Most clients can return to work or social plans the same day.

  • Collagen focus
The formulation is designed to trigger collagen and elastin production in the deeper layers, which can improve firmness, fine lines and overall texture over time.

  • Comfortable experience
You may feel warmth, tingling or mild sensitivity while the product is being massaged in, but the treatment is generally well tolerated. At Skin Heaven we follow up with soothing Korean-inspired skincare and, if appropriate, LED.

  • Layered, personalised approach
Your practitioner can adjust the number of layers, massage time and follow-up products according to your skin type and sensitivity.

Who is PRX-T33 suitable for?

PRX-T33 can be an option for many skin types and concerns, including:

  • Dull, tired-looking skin

  • Early signs of ageing and fine lines

  • Mild acne scarring and textural irregularities

  • Uneven tone and some types of pigmentation

  • Loss of firmness in face, neck or décolleté

It is generally not suitable during pregnancy, for very inflamed acne, active infections or severely compromised skin barriers. During your consultation at Skin Heaven, we always review your medical history and current routine before recommending any peel.

What to expect during and after a session?

A typical PRX-T33 facial at Skin Heaven looks like this:

  1. Cleanse & prep – Gentle cleansing and, if needed, light exfoliation.

  2. Application in layers – PRX-T33 is massaged into the skin in several thin layers. You might feel warmth or tingling.

  3. Neutralisation & soothing – The product is removed and calming, hydrating skincare is applied. We often add LED light therapy to support healing and glow.

  4. Aftercare – You’ll receive tailored advice on what to use (and avoid) at home over the next days.

Most clients notice their skin feeling tighter, smoother and more luminous within a few days. For deeper changes in texture and firmness, a series of 3–5 sessions spaced out over several weeks is usually recommended.

Is PRX-T33 right for you?

If you want the benefits of a medium-depth peel but cannot afford social downtime, PRX-T33 can be a strong option. It is not a miracle or a one-time fix, but when integrated into a structured treatment plan – for example combined with HydraGlass facials or microneedling at Skin Heaven – it can significantly enhance your skin’s long-term quality.

Reminder: Results and suitability are individual. PRX-T33 does not replace medical treatment for serious skin diseases. We always recommend a consultation before starting any peel series.
