Memberships and treatment packages are personal and non-transferable. Sessions cannot be substituted for other services unless explicitly agreed in writing by management.

Memberships and treatment packages are valid for 12–24 months from the date of purchase, as stated in the signup form.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds are not offered. However, in documented cases of: • serious medical conditions, or • unexpected relocation outside of Switzerland, management may review a written request and, at its sole discretion, offer a partial credit or extension.
